Everglades
The Everglades is a marshland in the south is filled with many living things. The Everglades is a large area of swampy land in southern florida. It was created by water spilling out of a big lake named Lake Okeechobee. It was called river of grass. There are plants, Alligators, fish, and birds. Most of the Everglades is covered by fresh water. A good way for tourists to see the Everglades is on an airboat. The Everglades lay about six inches under sea level.
